Signing in to Control Center

To access a list of your Colt services or to manage them online, you must first sign in to Control Center. To sign in with two-factor authentication, you need an authenticator app set up on your computer or mobile device. You must sign in with two-factor authentication to manage most security services.

1. Click Continue.
   

1. Type your username, then click NEXT.
   

1. Type your password, then click SIGN IN.
   
   Control Center signs you in and shows the homepage.
   

To view and manage your Security services (including managing security repair tickets or security change requests), you must sign in using two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA).

1. Click Continue.
   

1. Type your username, then click NEXT.
   

1. Type your password, then click SIGN IN.
   

1. Open the authenticator app you set up for Control Center.
   

1. Type or copy the one-time code from the authenticator app into the Verification Code field, then click CONTINUE.
