You can reach a Colt Edge Customer Care specialist to get:

 

  • 24/7 support of health monitoring and incident resolution for Colt Edge platform systems (e.g., physical servers, orchestration systems, virtualization management systems, data center hosting services, network architecture, and storage systems)
  • public internet connectivity latency and interruption support for Colt Edge platform systems (e.g., between servers)

  • monitoring to ensure your server is active and reachable
